This attractive, 7-story, mixed-use apartment building at 49 Broadway at Wythe Avenue in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn was erected in 2017 by Hess Management.

Jeffrey Kamen was the architect.

It is close to the South 8th Street Ferry.

The site was formerly a parking lot and is close to the handsome Williamsburg Bridge.
