This attractive, four-story, mid-block, residential building at 56 South Third Street between Kent and Wythe avenues two blocks north of the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn, was erected in 1989 and has 6 condominium apartments.

It was developed by Twins Kent Third LLC of which Jack Freund is the owner.

It was designed by Philip Toscano.
