The building has handsome, multi-paned windows and an entrance stoop to its townhouse unit.

Apartments

Apartments have washers and dryers and 7-inch white oak plank flooring and kitchens have Bertazonni ovens, Liebherr refrigerators, Cambridge glazed brick backsplashes, Bosch dishwashers and quartz Stuario countertops.

Apartment 102 is a one-bedroom duplex unit with 2,125 square feet of interior space and 979 square feet of outdoor space.  It has a 29-foot-long living/dining room with an open kitchen with an island and a bedroom and a 33-foot-long backyard on the first floor and two media rooms on the lower level.

Apartment 202 is a two-bedroom unit with 1,245 square feet with a 30-foot-long living/dining room with an open kitchen with an island.
