Carter's Review
This attractive, 14-story, apartment building is a cooperative and has 109 units.
The brown-brick, mid-block building has a good location in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood and a small entrance marquee, a two-step-up entrance with green mosaic tiles and a ramp, a two-step-up vestibule and a two-step-up lobby. It has sidewalk landscaping, balconies and consistent fenestration. It has no doorman and no health club.
There is good local shopping and several fine private schools and some religious institutions in this area.
There is an express subway station at Lexington Avenue and 86th Street and there is excellent cross-town bus service on 86th Street.
