It was designed by Philip Birnbaum & Associates.

Bottom Line

The 303 East 83rd building has one of the most attractive plazas along Second Avenue in a stretch that has many restaurants. There is considerable traffic along the avenue as well as subway construction but there is good local shopping and this area is not too far away from many cultural and religious institutions.
