This very attractive, 32-story rental apartment tower at 351 East 84th Street was erected in 1970 and has 181 apartments.

It was designed by Wechsler & Schimenti for the Kibel Company and is also known as 1617-1831 First Avenue and 354 East 85th Street.

The red-brick building has protruding white piers and no setbacks. It has many balconies, a garage, a 24-hour doorman, a sun deck and rooftop swimming pool.

It is known as Adam's Tower.

There is excellent cross-town bus service on 86th Street and it is not far from Carl Schurz Park on East End Avenue.
