Carter's Review
This attractive, red-brick, 10-story building was erected in 1987 and is a cooperative with 32 apartments.
The building has a good Carnegie Hill location close to many important cultural institutions and private schools. It has an entrance marquee and a one-story black marble base and an eight-step-down lobby. It has a doorman and discrete air-conditioners but no garage, no health club, no sidewalk landscaping and no balconies.
There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street and a subway station at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue.
