Carter's Review
This attractive, white-brick, 13-story building was erected in 1960 and is a cooperative with 79 apartments.
The building has a canopied entrance with a doorman, a garage, discrete air-conditioners, sidewalk landscaping, and consistent fenestration. It has no health club, no balconies and no roof deck.
It is close to Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street, but the building is not close to the subways.
