Although it is quite far from subways, it is in an attractive residential neighborhood and there is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street. The building is just a block away from the southbound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. The project was developed by Rockrose Associates and Rothzeid, Kaiserman & Thompson was the architectural firm.
