It has 168 apartments.

The building has a step-up entrance and a deep lobby as well as a canopied entrance and sidewalk landscaping. It is just to the west of the Dewitt Nursing Home, which has a large, landscaped plaza.

This doorman building has consistent fenestration, some angled windows near the top, some balconies, a garage and discrete-air-conditioners.

This is a lively section of the Upper East Side with many restaurants and excellent neighborhood shopping nearby. There are also numerous schools and religious and cultural institutions in the vicinity.

There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street and a subway station is nearby at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street.
