This 21-story, white brick apartment building at 920 Park Avenue on the northwest corner at 80th Street was erected in 1964.

It was designed by Lyras, Galvin & Anaya and has 76 rental apartments.  Stephen A. Lyras also built and designed the Sutton House at 415 East 52nd Street, the Carlton Regency at 137 East 36th Street and 165 East 66th Street

Bottom Line

A post-war apartment with a doorman and an elevator operator that is close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and not far from Lenox Hill Hospital.

Description

The building has a two-story-high inset building entrance with canopy, several terraces at its top and discrete air-conditioners.

The building has a doorman and an elevator operator, but no roof deck, no gym and no garage.
