"This 21-story, white brick apartment building at 920 Park Avenue on the northwest corner at 80th Street was erected in 1964.

It was designed by Lyras, Galvin & Anaya and has 76 rental apartments. Stephen A. Lyras also built and designed the Sutton House at 415 East 52nd Street, the Carlton Regency at 137 East 36th Street and 165 East 66th Street" Read Carter's Full Review

"Terrible management. Waterbugs everywhere. They don’t care about the tenants. I don’t feel safe anymore. The Mgmt before Stonehenge bought the building was great. Now a shitshow."

"Stonehenge is the worst Mgmt ever. They are doing construction and do not care about anybody who lives here. Waterbugs are all Over. A nightmare."

"The worst building I have ever lived in. Stonehenge Management does not care about anything or anyone. Do not rent here. The building has been under construction for close to a year. With 76 units, doesn't look like there will be peace and quiet anytime soon. I hear the previous management company was great. Now it is a complete and utter disaster. They are also currently doubling and tripling the rents on most tenants when it is time to renew. Doesn't make any sense."
