"This mid-block, beige-brick, 6-story building at 245 West 25th Street between 7th and 8th avenues is known as the Arthur and was built in 1938 and removed in 2015.

The building has 68 units and the renovation was undertaken by The Naftali Group, which at the same time was building a handsome, 12-story condominium residence building known as The Seymour further down the block at 261 West 25th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
