Robert Morgenstern’s Canvas Investment Partners and Tokyu Land US acquired the 150-unit Azure rental tower at 436 Albee Square in Downtown Brooklyn for $112.8 million. Developed by Joel Gluck’s Spencer Equity in 2016, the 28-story building benefits from a 12-year 421a tax abatement.
