Carter Horsley's Review of The Zachary

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very pleasant, red-brick building was erected in 1900 and converted to a condominium in 1986. The six-story building was 44 apartments.

The four floor is topped by a thin bandcourse and the fifth floor has small arched windows that are considerably below the building's cornice that has a middle section that rises above and slightly over its wings and is stopped by a pyramidal enclosure." Read Carter's Full Review
