Seaport Residences at 161 Maiden Lane is a 60 story all glass condominium tower developed by Fortis Property Group and completed in 2016. Designed by Goldstein, Hill & West Architects with interiors by AD100 designer S. Russell Groves, the slender building rises directly across from the South Street Seaport and contains 80 apartments. The reflective glass façade features vertically staggered balconies wrapping around the southeast corner, while thin horizontal bands of light at the top create a distinctive skyline presence. Notable residents include Fredrik Eklund of "Million Dollar Listing."

Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls with unique six and a half foot wide horizontal picture windows that frame views of the harbor, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, and the East River. Most units include balconies or terraces, with some duplexes offering wrap around outdoor spaces exceeding 600 square feet. Interiors showcase 10'4" ceilings, European oak flooring, and custom millwork throughout. Kitchens are outfitted with integrated Gaggenau appliances, Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplashes, and walnut cabinetry. Master baths feature the same marble, along with distinctive slatted teak tub decks that evoke a nautical aesthetic, plus custom fixtures designed by Groves & Co. The building offers varied layouts, from four apartments per floor on lower levels to full floor units on floors 27 through 51.

Amenities span two levels and emphasize waterfront wellness. The 30th floor Water Club features a glass edged infinity pool, hydrotherapy circuit with digitally activated rain showers, misted passageways, relaxation lounges, and enclosed steam and sauna rooms, all overlooking New York Harbor. The sixth floor fitness center includes state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment plus dedicated studios for spin, yoga, and personal training, complemented by an exclusive partnership with FitLore that provides residents with fitness concierge services and on call training sessions. Additional amenities include a SmartKids playroom, a two story lobby with 24 hour concierge, the Piano Nobile Lobby Lounge with a double sided fireplace and waterside terrace, and the only private attended porte cochere at the Seaport.
