Here's a round-up of the most popular sale listings on the CityRealty website right now. Looking at our traffic data over the past two weeks, we found the most visited listings are evenly spread throughout all corners of the city: from Harlem to Midtown to the South Williamsburg waterfront. Our latest market report says that the average closing price of condos in Manhattan stands at $2.8 million while co-ops close at average of $1.3 million.
