Carter’s Review

"This very large apartment building has witnessed a steady improvement of its neighborhood since it was erected in 1963. The full-service building has concierge, a landscaped roof deck, garage, storage room, bike room, and laundry room. Pied a Terres, Co-Purchasing and Guarantors Allowed. Sorry, no pets.

Close to Grand Central Terminal, the Ford Foundation Building, Tudor City and the United Nations, this 21-story building has lost the rumble of the Daily News delivery trucks since the newspaper relocated in the 1990's from its headquarters two blocks to the north. The replacement of the former Eastside Airlines Bus Terminal with a luxury high-rise building nearby has also decreased the once heavy traffic in the area considerably. Meanwhile, other new luxury towers nearby have greatly increased the residential component of this mixed-use area that is so close to the Grand Central business district and the Murray Hill neighborhood."
