Carter Horsley's Review of Gramercy East

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This large, white-brick apartment tower was built in 1966 and converted to a cooperative in 1985. The building is quite close to Gramercy Park, one of the city's finest residential enclaves, and the flourishing mix of trendy restaurants and interesting retail of the Flatiron and Union Square districts. This 262-unit, 17-story building, which has a sundeck, is also not far from the hospital corridor along First Avenue and public transportation. Some of the city's most distinguished housing complexes such as Phipps Houses and Waterside are also close in this architecturally varied area." Read Carter's Full Review
