"This handsome, 30-story tower at One Blue Slip is part of Greenpoint Landing, a 22-acre, 11-building residential complex with 5,500 units planned in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn by the Park Tower Group and Brookfield Property Partners. The rental tower, which was completed in 2018, has 359 apartments.
