"This attractive 16-story apartment building was erected in 1923 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 63 apartments. The building is in a very prime and elegant Lower Fifth Avenue location directly north of the very elegant, Parisian-style apartment building at 43 Fifth and directly across from the very handsome First Presbyterian Church on its large gardens.
