"Common courtyard, gym, storage, doorman, laundry. Not a strict board. Very often a buyer does not have to have an intervies. The board merely reviews the board package and makes sure the financials are in order. The neighborhood is Harlem and there is the A,B,C,D train one block away. There is a Pathmark Duane Reade, North Fork and Chase Banke on the same street. Library and Churchs in walking distance."
