Lincoln Center Apts & Neighborhood Information

This area, the gateway from midtown to the Upper West Side and the home of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, perhaps comes closer than any other to being the definitive New York neighborhood.

The development of Lincoln Center, which sits at the crossroads of Broadway and Columbus Avenue, helped usher in a new era of gentrification in the Upper West Side. The construction of Trump Place nearby, moreover, bolstered the neighborhood’s appeal to affluent buyers and cemented Lincoln Center as a prime residential neighborhood. While Lincoln Square is perhaps best known as one of the city’s premiere cultural destinations, it is also home to such large residential buildings as the Park Laurel at 15 West 63rd Street, One Lincoln Plaza at 20 West 64th Street, 3 Lincoln Center and Element at 555 West 59th Street.
