Designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and completed in 2004, the Time Warner Center is comprised of two towers, the South Tower at 25 Columbus Circle, which features luxury condominiums, and the North Tower, at 80 Columbus Circle, which boasts similarly luxurious apartments from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Situated at the nexus of Midtown, Lincoln Square and the Upper West Side, the Time Warner Center is across Broadway from Central Park. Residents have quick access to a host of amenities all within the building, including boutiques such as Coach and Tourneau and a concert hall home to Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Luxury condominiums begin on the upper floors and have views of Central Park, Lincoln Center and the Manhattan skyline.

The Time Warner Center is very close to public transportation and houses the headquarters of Time Warner and the studios of CNN. Aside from impressive apartments, the Time Warner Center also has many retail shops, five-star restaurants such as Masa and Per Se, an Equinox fitness center and a Whole Foods supermarket.
