Carter Horsley's Review of 22 Perry Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"One of the more unusual structures in Greenwich Village, this 6-story apartment building pays great homage to one of the community's most revered landmarks, the Jefferson Market Courthouse Library building just a few blocks away on Sixth Avenue and 10th Street.

Its conical top mimics on a smaller scale the great Victorian clocktower of the library building and adds a delightful bit of whimsy to the neighborhood." Read Carter's Full Review
