"This very handsome and dignified, 19-story building was erected in 1931 and converted to a cooperative in 1969. The building has 59 apartments.

The building has limestone window reveals on the first and second floors and also near the top of the building. The building has sidewalk landscaping, a canopied entrance and a doorman. It has consistent fenestration and permits protruding air-conditioners." Read Carter's Full Review
