"Sutton 57 at 212 East 57th Street is the more modest and sedate of two luxury, mid-block residential condominium apartment towers that were construction on this block in 2006.

It is a 24-story, masonry-clad building with one setback and only 38 apartments. It is across the street from Place 57 at 207 East 57th Street, a 36-story, angled, reflective-glass-ad tower with 68 apartments." Read Carter's Full Review

"The building has a health club, roof deck and their is an additional laundry room for "big loads". Nice brick exterior makes this building a rarity for modern, new construction. Located on 57th Street, so there is a cross-town bus. 3 to 4 blocks walking distance to the E & V trains. Located a couple of blocks from "Le Cirque" and some great restaurants like Felidia. Easy (short) walk to all of the Second Avenue restaurants located from 57th Street through the mid 40`s."

"Boutique Condo Built in 2005. Fantastic staff include live in/ long term Super. There is no parking and the building has a 24 hour "Concierge." New gym equipment (May 2018) Very pet friendly. Small roof deck. Lobby is very nice with comfortable seating. Sutton 57 is on a busy street 57th/3rd Ave, but it's surprisingly quiet! Whole Foods and Duane Reade are practically next door and parking is conveniently nearby. Very convenient to subways, especially the new Q train, Bloomingdales, M31 and M57 Busses."
