Carter Horsley's Review of Baltic

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This 11-story, golden-grey-brick apartment building at 613 Baltic Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, was scheduled for completion in 2017 by JDS Development Group that built the Art Deco-style Walker Tower in Chelsea and is building the crooked, copper-clad and kissing two towers at 626 First Avenue and the very tall and slim 111 West 57th Street and 9 DeKalb in Downtown Brooklyn.

It will have 44 condominium apartments, most of which are two- and three-bedroom units." Read Carter's Full Review
