New Chelsea condos may draw Bundchen and Brady; Kanye sells on the DL; Russell Simmons price-chops penthouse; covetable rentals ask big bucks.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and QB hubby Tom Brady may have their eye on an apartment in Chelsea’s Walker Tower at 212 West 18th Street. Model mom Bundchen recently toured an available three-bedroom, 2,800-square-foot condo–listed for $11.495 million–in the Art Deco building. The apartment offers a 400-square-foot terrace and Empire State Building views. The building will offer a concierge, a lounge, a children’s playroom, a gym and a landscaped roof deck with a dining area (NYPost).

Dad-to-be Kanye West reportedly hopes to sell his downtown pad for $4.5 million in an off-market deal. The fourth-floor SoHo condo at 25 West Houston Street (pictured) offers amenities like an attended lobby, concierge service and a landscaped roof deck offering views of the surrounding cityscape (CurbedNY).

Hip-hop jefe Russell Simmons just lowered the price tag on his FiDi penthouse–from $11 million to $9 million. The sprawling 3,500 square-foot duplex–P. Diddy almost bought it in ‘09–at 114 Liberty Street boasts a private elevator landing, a screening room, a library with a gas fireplace, 12-foot ceilings and a landscaped private terrace (CurbedNY).

Actor Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) is headed for the top–of his condo building, also known as the Machinery Exchange, at 136 Baxter Street. Reedus, who has lived in the building for several years, just bought the 3-bedroom duplex penthouse with two separate entrances, a home office, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 669-square-foot terrace for $3.8 million (TRD).

Big Tickets

Big-ticket rental prices may be the biggest news of the day, though how quickly they’ll be filled remains to be seen. A 35th-floor condo at the top-rated 15 Central Park West is asking $125k a month; For mere mortal big spenders, an impressive Fort Greene townhouse wants $14k a month (NYObserver, Brownstoner).
