Six of the apartments are two-bedroom units and two are penthouses.

Kitchens have red oak cabinetry, Jet-Mist granite countertops, LG Smart Technology refrigerators, Miele dishwashers, Avanti wine coolers. Baths have Rain Forest steam show cabins, Bain Ultra soaking Jacuzzis, limestone and diamond-cut slate tiles.

The building has a 8-car garage.
