Carter Horsley's Review of 305 West 72nd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very handsome building was erected in 1913 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. The 13-story building has 51 apartments.

The doorman building is very close to Riverside Park and to an express subway station at Broadway. This neighborhood has good shopping and is not far from the bustling Lincoln Center district to the south." Read Carter's Full Review
