"This handsome, 16-story, mid-block apartment building at 315 West 86th Street was erected in 1926 and converted to a co-operative in 1982. It has 86 apartments.

It is on a very attractive mid-rise street between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive and there is excellent public transportation and shopping nearby. " Read Carter's Full Review

"Pre-war building with part-time doorman, live-in super, porters. Well managed bldg with reasonable maintainces. There is a bike room laundry room and storage in the basement. Pet Friendly Reasonable board, no special information. The of the most beautiful streets in the heart of the Upper West Side. Close in the #1 Subway and the 104 Bus. Steps to Riverside Park, and a short walk to Central Park. Barnes & Noble, Harry`s Shoes, Zabar`s and many many more shopes. Great restaurants and cafes. No far from Citteralla and Fairway."

"Very friendly staff, live-in super, 2 part-time doormen (3 to midnight everyday, Sunday through Wednesday, 9 to midnight) bike room and storage room, renovated wooden elevator cab, large renovated well-lit lobby. Excellent financials, well managed. Board looks for solid job and income (anything up to 30% debt to income ratio is fine), and 1 year's worth of liquidity after purchase, but something in 6 to 12 month range is fine. Parent gifting, co-purchasing, and pied-a-terre's welcome. Convenient, prime West 80's location, 1 block to Riverside Park, cross-town bus on the corner (1 block), Subway just 1 block away. Beautiful, wide, quiet street."
