Carter Horsley's Review of 240 East 46th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 12-story, gray-brick condominium apartment building was erected in 1961 and has 102 units.

There are numerous restaurants in this area that is close to Grand Central Terminal and the Turtle Bay neighborhood and several interesting skyscrapers. There is good cross-town bus service on 42nd Street although subways are not too close." Read Carter's Full Review
