This handsome, joined pair of 4-four story, red-brick residential buildings at 171-3 Bayard Street near McGuiness Boulevard and Graham Avenue near McCarren Park in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn has 12 duplex condominium apartments.  It was erected by Dimora NYC in 2017.

It was design by InFocus Design and Planning of which Wu Chen is a principal.

It is not far from stations of the L and G subways.

An attractive, mid-block pair of joined, red-brick buildings near McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with high ceilings, loft mezzanines and multipane windows.

Description

The red-brick building has multi-pane fenestration and a cream-colored small but attractive cornice.

The building has a small but attractive entrance marquee and sidewalk landscaping.

The walk-up building has a roof deck, video intercom, some balconies, a virtual doorman, and central air-conditioning.

Apartments

The apartments have washers and dryers, exposed red-brick walls, polished concrete floors, double-height living rooms with multi-paned windows and remote-controlled shad systems, and handsome modern black industrial-style stairs to the loft mezzanines.

Kitchens have Bertazzoni ovens, Bloomberg refrigerators, white quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

Apartment 2B is a one-bedroom unit with 665 square feet with a 9-foot-long entry gallery that leads past an 8-foot-long open kitchen with a breakfast bar to an 18-foot-wide living/dining room with a staircase to a 13-foot-wide mezzanine.
