"This handsome, joined pair of 4-four story, red-brick residential buildings at 171-3 Bayard Street near McGuiness Boulevard and Graham Avenue near McCarren Park in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn has 12 duplex condominium apartments.  It was erected by Dimora NYC in 2017.
