Carter Horsley's Review of 435 East 85th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 4-story building was erected in 1958. It is a cooperative with 77 apartments.

It is very close to Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street, but the building is not close to the subways." Read Carter's Full Review
