As September 2022 draws to a close, CityRealty listings show 9,411 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The past two weeks saw 1,289 new listings come on the market; among them was the Noho penthouse of investor Ron Burkle, which has been listed for $32,500,000. Crain's New York Business notes that it is located in a building that used to be a hat factory, and then became an event space that hosted Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld's wedding.
