Carter's Review

This attractive, dark-gray-brick, 5-story, mid-block building at 664 Jefferson Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn was built in 2016 and has 7 condominium apartments. 

It was built by Boaz Gilad. 

The architect is L & C Associates. 

Bottom Line

A handsome and dark modern little building on a tree-lined street with a landscaped and fenced  front yard, protruding white window frames and few apartments.

Description

The building has a set-back above its third floor and a group of three tall windows front on a glass-railed balcony with a silver-colored base balancing the silver-colored entrance marquee on the other side of the building. 

The large windows are single-paned and the entrance door has a white surround like the windows. 

Amenities

The building has a roof deck and a virtual doorman.

Apartments

Apartments have Fisher & Paykel refrigerators and Bosch ranges and dishwashers.  Bathrooms have Porcelonsa rain showers and Maxx Exhibit bathtubs.  All units have white oak flooring and laundry hookups.
