The building offers an impressive range of unit types, from 750 square foot one bedrooms to sprawling 3,800+ square foot duplexes with dramatic double-height great rooms and ceilings soaring up to 20 feet. Several duplex units feature private elevator access and wraparound terraces, while many apartments boast spectacular views of the East River, Manhattan skyline, Empire State Building, and Chrysler Building. All residences are equipped with Crestron smart home systems that control temperature, lighting, and motorized window shades via smartphone.
