The elevator building has one- and two-bedroom apartments, some of which are duplexes. All apartments boast hardwood floors throughout, individual washers and dryers, generous closet space and exposed concrete ceilings. Kitchens feature custom cabinetry, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances and spacious bathrooms have custom glass bowl sinks and topnotch fixtures.
