United Nations Plaza

Complex located in Beekman/Sutton Place

860-870 United Nations Plaza is a two-tower full-block cooperative project located across the street from the United Nations headquarters in Beekman-Sutton Place. The site's massing was first imagined by Le Corbusier, a member of the architectural team that created the United Nations headquarters, but the complex was ultimately designed by Harrison & Abramovitz.

By virtue of the mostly glass facades, all units enjoy incredible natural light, and many look out on views of the United Nations headquarters, the East River, and/or the Manhattan skyline. The project has its own driveway, and amenities include doorman and concierge service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a golf simulator, a billiards room, a lounge with kitchen, and two furnished sun decks. Additional conveniences include valet service, private storage, and bike storage.
