The Hamilton is a five story, 92 apartment rental in Borough Park, built on the foundations of a former three story red brick factory. Designed by Karl Fisher and developed by Halcyon Management, it was completed in 2017. Its chamfered corner, two story cast stone base, red brick façade and modern cornice give the building a more traditional street presence than its construction date suggests.
