Carter's Review
This attractive, pre-war, rental apartment building has a two-story limestone surround around its canopied entrance that is flanked by lanterns.
The building has a step-down lobby that is lined with lovely yellow marble walls. The building is also distinguished by its arched windows on the second and ninth floors and its consistent, multipaned fenestration.
The building permits protruding air-conditioners and has no garage, no health club, no doorman and no sidewalk landscaping.
It has a central Upper West Side location and there are many attractive restaurants with sidewalk caf¿s nearby on Columbus Avenue just to the south.
Central Park is a short walk away to the east and there is excellent cross-town bus service and two different subway lines have stations nearby on 86th Street.
