Home By Choice is a New York City real estate brokerage launched in 2019 by Choice New York Companies in partnership with broker Kevin Kurland and headquartered in Manhattan. It provides residential sales and leasing, owner-representation services, and selected commercial brokerage, drawing on affiliated property-management and building-staffing operations. Its UP By HOME program offers sellers no-interest, fee-free credit for approved pre-listing repairs, renovations, staging, and other improvements, with repayment after the property sells. In 2021, parent organization Choice New York Companies was sold to Associa Corp., placing the brokerage within a broader property-management platform. Focused on New York City and matching owners with building and neighborhood specialists, Home By Choice positions itself as an integrated, owner-representation-focused brokerage.
