It also serves new-development clients and launched the Revived Commercial division in 2024 under senior managing director Elysa Berlin. Revived Residential was established when Belisario and Cruz moved their 27-agent Belisario Cruz Team from Compass to launch an independent brand on Side’s brokerage platform.
