25 Joralemon Street, also known as Pumphouse Mews, occupies a former New York City waterworks building in Brooklyn Heights. Dating to the early 20th century, the six unit co op is organized as six duplex townhouses, each with its own private entrance and floor plan.
The residences retain the structure's industrial character, with soaring ceilings, exposed brick arches, oversized arched windows, skylights, and wood burning fireplaces recurring across the homes. Layouts extend over two levels and include flexible spaces such as lofts, dens, offices, and storage areas; several residences also have private garden or patio space.
A private walkway and planted courtyard lead through the property, reinforcing its townhouse arrangement rather than a conventional apartment building. One of the duplex layouts places the primary living spaces on one level and the bedrooms on another, while other homes use double height rooms and open loft areas to connect the floors.
The building is on a cobblestoned block in Willowtown, the waterfront section of Brooklyn Heights, directly across from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Atlantic Avenue's restaurants, wine bars, shops, and fitness studios are nearby, along with cafes and other local businesses in Willowtown.

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.
By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
