Brooklyn Heights' historic Hotel Bossert, which hosted the Brooklyn Dodgers' World Series celebration in 1955, is set to welcome the first Brooklyn restaurant from Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. It will be located in the base of the building, where developer SomeraRoad plans to convert the upper levels to luxury housing. The opening is estimated for 2028.
