Colony 1209 is a five story, 120 unit rental building completed in Bushwick in 2013. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein, its long Dekalb Avenue frontage is broken into blue and gray sections of varying heights, with recessed and projecting portions that give the façade an asymmetrical composition.
