Completed in 2008 and developed by Trevor Davis, 1055 Park Avenue stands as the only glass clad residential building on Park Avenue. The 12 story boutique condominium at the southeast corner of 87th Street in Carnegie Hill contains just five residences, designed by architect H. Thomas O'Hara with interiors by Cetra/Ruddy.
