"255 Columbia Street is a 7 story boutique condominium in Brooklyn's quaint Columbia Street Waterfront District. Employing Passive House design technology, 255 Columbia Street provides comfortable living with incredible energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. All residences offer private outdoor space framed by reclaimed wood flower boxes. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed to respect the commitment to Passive House. Open kitchen layouts feature white lacquer and custom walnut cabinetry and stainless steel appliances from Liebherr and Bosch including a Bosch induction cooktop. The spacious windowed master bath features honed Carrera mosaic floor tile, Calcutta marble countertops and custom walnut vanities. The 4 inch wide American walnut wood floors feel elegant and warm and the triple paned floor to ceiling window wall floods this quiet home with full sunlight.
